The AMD Radeon RX 6900 XT is the answer to the Nvidia Geforce RTX 3090 and is AMD’s new flagship gaming graphics card. The graphics cards equipped with the Navi 21 XTX chip support PCIe 4.0 and receive 16GB GDDR6 VRAM. This gaming bullet is designed for the ultimate gaming PC in 4K resolution.
In terms of performance, it is only slightly behind Nvidia’s RTX 3090 but costs a lot less. So you can truly call the RX 6900 XT the current price-performance king in the upper class. The availability is already better than, for example, with the RTX 3080, and the prices of the various models are currently listed from just over 1200 euros.
Only a few manufacturers rely on the standard design proposed by AMD. Interested buyers can look forward to very good custom models – above all, as always AMD, Sapphire, and Powercolor should be mentioned here. But Asus, MSI, Gigabyte, or ASRock also supply models with their cooling solutions.
